Express release

A recognition program for users who receive or send freight. The beneficiary of this program for received freight is the consignee, and for sent freight is the sender.

The free period for loading and/or unloading is 24 hours, starting from the time the car is placed. The "Release Period" is the time between when the car is placed and when it is released for non-private units on any track and private units on public tracks.

As an exception to the established Rules for the Application of Various Services, he start of the Free Period for cars placed on public tracks will be at 08:00 A.M.

Each car with a "Release Period" of less than 18 hours earns 5 benefit points. For every 10 points, one day of bonus is awarded, which can be applied to any car that incurs demurrage within the same escape, period, and type of freight.

During the first 10 days of each month, Ferromex and/or Ferrosur will inform the beneficiary through established means of the balance of demurrage and bonuses earned, which include all units released in their escape during the immediate previous month.

Ferromex and/or Ferrosur reserves the right to modify or cancel the program with prior notification to the customers.
