Charges for Incurred Delays

The free time for loading or unloading is 24 hours, starting from the placement of the unit. Any time exceeding this period is subject to delay charges according to the provisions outlined in the Rules for the Application of the Various Services Tariff. In these cases, you will receive a monthly statement for review, detailing the movements indicating the value of the incurred delays and the balance versus the Express Release bonus.

You have 10 business days to submit your clarifications. Once the period is concluded, charges will be invoiced.
