2. REQUEST OF RAILCARS
Request both the type and quantity of railcars you need through e–Ferromex
Remember that requests must be submitted at least 5 days in advance for domestic traffic and 15 days in advance for exportations for the assignment of the cars needed.

3. LOAD YOUR PRODUCT
Once the unit is placed at your disposal on public tracks or on your siding, you have 24 hours to load. If you'd like references or recommendations on how to load your product, contact us at 800 3377663 option 3.

4. DOCUMENT
The car needs to be documented via e–Ferromex once it has been loaded.
You must have a documentation pattern in order to be able to document.
What is a documentation pattern?
This is a waybill that has been preloaded into the Ferromex system (origin, destination, shipper, consignee, Rate or Tariff, Customs Agents, etc.). To obtain the form, please send an email to: ebusiness@ferromex.mx

How do I keep trace of my cargo?

5. UNLOAD YOUR PRODUCT
When the car arrives at its destination and is delivered to you, you have 24 hours to unload, for more information click here.

6. RELEASE THE CAR
The car must be released on e–Ferromex once it has been unloaded.
